Reading and answering a mailbox you connected by signing in at Microsoft or Google. Nothing sends on its own. A reply can be drafted for you and it waits on the approvals page until a person decides it, and only then does it go. We check that a mailbox can still be connected and that your connection is stored. Reading one needs the grant you gave at Microsoft or Google, so this cannot tell whether they are answering for you.
